Because we hold our inventory locally in New York, we are able to offer a fast and straightforward return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Health & Hygiene Requirements (Strict Policy)
Important Note: Due to the nature of our products (Bodysuits & Shapewear), we maintain strict hygiene standards.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original hygiene sticker and all tags intact.
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been tried on against the skin or show any signs of wear.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
4. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, return shipping is Free.
• For all other returns (such as change of mind or incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package to our facility in New York. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
